*Where is your main market?

Our main market is Europe and North America. European customers take 90% of our all customers. Meanwhile, we are developing new regions.

*What's your lead time?

Normally it takes 2-4 weeks according to the order details. It will take longer time if there is large quantity or customized product. If it's near Chinese New Year, we suggest you place the order earlier.

*What's your warranty?

Haco offers 1-3 year limited warranty depends on different quality.

*How long is the life of your lighting products?

About 30,000 to 50,000 hours(L70) depends on different quality.

*What's your payment term?

Usually we take 30% prepaid before production and 70% balance paid before shipment.

*Do you offer free samples?

We can offer you the free sample as long as you tell us what kind of products you need. But the sample shipping cost should be collected.

*Do you accept our or 3rd party inspection before shipment?

Yes, both are ok. Also we will have a Strict self-inspection.

*What's your difference comparing to so many other Chinese factories?
